Liu Hongwei

Hongwei oversees the planning and management for Charming Land’s Ho Chi Minh City Cu Chi Bay Area project, leveraging 30+ years of experience delivering large-scale developments across Asia.

His distinguished career includes serving as Group Advisor for Project Development Management at Archi Group Holdings in Georgia, Director of Development Management at SJ City Global (Surbana Jurong Consultants), and Vice President of Development Management at CapitaLand Group (formerly Ascendas-Singbridge). Earlier in his career, he served as Project Director at Keppel Land International, managing residential developments in China. Hongwei deeply involved the development management of the township project, China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, spanning 232km² designed for one million residents, focusing on knowledge-intensive and high-value advanced industries.

Similarly, his work on the G4 City Project in Kazakhstan demonstrated his capability in managing developments of large-scale projects, with urban development area of 486km² catering to 2.2 million people. Hongwei’s director-level responsibilities have included managing government agency relationships;  implementing the entire process of development management, such as establishing integrated design briefs, conducting design development, managing the project budget, cost and contract, enhancing the project quality, safety, sustainability, towards the final project completion.
