With board-level experience and general management responsibilities at GSUM-Titanland Capital, Chen personally led multiple SGX main board IPO projects and secured CMS license from MAS along with Issue Manager accreditation from SGX. He successfully led IPO projects for first-tier Chinese real estate developers and commercial groups, demonstrating exceptional capital raising capabilities. His decade of leadership at the Monetary Authority of Singapore included defining investment objectives for Singapore’s official foreign reserve portfolio of approximately US$250 billion assets under management.
The exceptional results Chen delivered as Head of Investor Relations and Compliance Risk Management at Sasseur Asset Management highlight his ability to design transaction frameworks and lead special problem-solving initiatives. His achievements include coordinating all aspects of Sasseur REIT’s IPO, from listing structure and documentation to syndicated loan arrangements and marketing.
